Refund Policy

Thank you for considering purchasing from us. We want to make sure you are aware of our refund policy, which is as follows:

Once your subscription has been activated, we are unable to offer any refunds or modifications. Our responsibility at GLOBALSTREAM is solely to activate your subscription for the agreed-upon period, client is responsible for correct IPTV software on the device.

To confirm your subscription has been activated, we will send a screenshot from our panel to your email as proof.

We aim to activate and send your IPTV Subscriptions and IPTV Reseller Panels within 24 hours of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth process, please provide us with your device type for using your IPTV Subscription.

If we do not receive device information, MAC address (not needed if you want to use Xtreme Codes API) & m3u/Xtreme Codes in the order notes, we will only activate and send an m3u link. Please note that we will not be able to change the format to any other type in the future.

It’s important to note that at GLOBALSTREAM, we have no control over the content provided or any related issues due to the nature of IPTV. The use of IPTV is clients responsibility.
